Astro, AI, and Developer Responsibility
DevParaná: Dois Vizinhos
Talk on Astro with AI in the workflow: prompt intent, accessibility, and performance instead of heavier default stacks.
A year after my first Astro talk in Francisco Beltrão and joining DevParaná, I had spoken in Pato Branco and Dois Vizinhos (three talks and a mini-course).
On 24 May 2026 in Dois Vizinhos (invited by Gustavo Slomski), the talk kept Astro as the subject but shifted from docs walkthroughs to developer responsibility when AI is in the loop: be explicit about intent in prompts, and keep ownership of what ships. Accessibility and performance were the examples. Without that filter, it is easy to ship heavier stacks for problems Astro already solves with less JS.
On the 25th in Francisco Beltrão I was organizing; my brother gave his first talk, on security.
Thanks to Geovane Norbert, Gabriel Prando, and Gustavo Slomski.
